• 1.Authorize the President to execute Resolution No. 16 of 2026 engaging Oats & Marino as Special Counsel to provide legal services related to land acquisition for the expansion of the Mundy Landfill

• 2.Authorize the President to execute Resolution No. 17 of 2026 engaging Oats & Marino as Special Counsel to explore purchasing and/or the expropriating of property and address other property issues

• 3.Authorize the President to sign Resolution No. 18 of 2026 declaring the Mundy Landfill expansion project a public necessity, authorizing the acquisition of necessary property and property rights on an amicable basis or through the use of the expropriation process, and otherwise providing with respect thereto
