6.NEW BUSINESS

1. a.Keating Resources is requesting the use of two parking spaces in the Miller Street Lot for construction staging on 51 Sherman Street, the old Deadwood Dick's Hotel. They have used the two spaces in the past. They are the two next to the handicap on the northeast side of the lot.

2. b.Ken Rehberg requested discussion regarding adding a bump out on the west end of the Day's of '76 Event Complex. There are traffic issues there during snocross and could be useful during other events as well.

3. c.Ken Rehberg requested discussion about the potential for a Trolley Stop at the bridge that connects Lower Main Street and Crescent Drive across from 360 Main Street.

7.INFORMATIONAL ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA

1. a.The Punch Passes were changed from $10 to $15 at the January 17, 2023 City Commission Meeting by resolution. The Deadwood Chamber of Commerce elected to discontinue the sale of Trolley Punch Passes after this change. The City of Deadwood currently has 1,000 punch passes with the updated fee.
