2. b.Colton Keeney contesting $292.05 tow bill. Towed from the Lower Main Street Parking Lot for the Harley Davidson Activation.

   -Hello, my name is Colt Wayne Keeney. July 28th I parked in public parking by the information center around 6 pm. The next morning when I returned my truck was towed. I saw no signs or warnings, nothing was blocked off and I parked amongst other cars in the lot. I'm requesting a full reimbursment of the tow, a total of $292.95. I was in no way at fault and would have happily parked somewhere else had I been properly informed.
