Public comments are welcomed, but no action can be taken by the Commission on comments received at this meeting.  Anyone wishing to have the Commission vote on an item should call the Finance Office at 578-2600 by 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the next scheduled meeting to be placed on the agenda.

1. a.Resolution 2025-26 in Support of an Application for Financial Assistance to the South Dakota Housing and Development Authority by Deadwood Ridge Apartments, LLC for the Benefit of Multifamily Development.

1. a.Petition to recall Commissioner Blake Joseph was verified by Finance Office on September 30, 2025 and presented to City Commission on October 6, 2025. Permission to set Special Election for Recall on December 2, 2025.  

2. b.Permission to approve Special Election calendar as presented.
