4.NEW BUSINESS

  1. a.VFW - Kool Deadwood Nites - August 20-22. Waive 45-day requirement. 

  2. b.Preacher Smith Deadwood Redemption Day - August 29, 2026. 

  3. c.Lead Deadwood High School Homecoming Parade - September 25, 2026. 

  4. d.Oktoberfest - October 2-3, 2026. 

  5. e.Wild West Songwriters Festival - October 15-17, 2026. 

  6. f.Deadweird - October 30 - 31, 2026. 

5.REFUNDS

  1. a.Motosports Showdown - June 27 - $2,350.00.

  2. b.3-Wheeler Rally - July 10-16 - $2,150.00. Will be holding $200.00 for overloading electrical panel.

  4. d.Medicine Wheel Ride - August 9 - street closure and use of Int. Lot.

  10. j.Kool Deadwood Nites - August 21 - 23 - open container, street closures, use of Int. Lot and Welcome Center Lot, use of Event Complex and waiver of vending fees. American Legion and VFW - use of Int. Lot area.
