Public comments are welcomed, but no action can be taken by the Commission on comments received at this meeting.  Anyone wishing to have the Commission vote on an item should call the Finance Office at 578-2600 by 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the next scheduled meeting to be placed on the agenda.

  7. g.Permission to purchase and install vinyl flooring in Archaeological Laboratory from Hills Interiors in an amount not to exceed $2,800.00. (To be paid by HP Capital Assets). 

  8. h.Permission for letter to be sent to South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources regarding optional sanitary sewer connections for Phase III of Stage Run development.

  9. i.Permission to purchase four MSA SCBA cylinders from Macqueen Equipment in the amount of $3,468.02. (To be paid by Fire Dept. Equipment budget.)  

  10. j.Permission to purchase fire hose from M&T Fire and Safety at a cost not to exceed $4,000.00.  (To be paid by Fire Dept. Supplies budget.) 

  11. k.Permission to purchase 5500 gallons of fuel at $3.45 per gallon from Southside Oil.
