  1. a.A quorum of Deadwood Historic Preservation Commissioners may be in attendance during the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting for the South Dakota State Historical Society.

2.Old or General Business

  1. a.Kevin Kuchenbecker, Historic Preservation Officer, will present the 2022 Deadwood Historic Preservation Budget to the Board of Trustees of the South Dakota State Historical Society. Discussion may occur but no action will take place by the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission as the 2022 budget was approved on July 28, 2021.
