(2) FOREST COVE ESTATES MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, OWNED BY HOME ADVANTAGE HOLDINGS, LLC., AND LOCATED AT 2000 SOUTHEAST LOOP 304 ON HCAD PARCEL 38167: PROPOSED ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE FROM THE R3- MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE MH-2 DISTRICT; AND
