• 2.Approval of Annual Tax Levy Ordinances – Julie Wons, Lauterbach & Amen

  i. Combined Town and Library

  ii. SSA #1 – NeuCort Lakes Tax Abatement and Levy

  iii. SSA #9 – Richland Trails Tax Abatement and Levy

• 3.Possible motion to reconsider vote regarding contract with B&F Construction Code Services Inc. for Plan Review and Building Inspections services

  (Requires motion from prevailing side of previous vote)

• 4.Consideration of motion to approve contract from B&F Construction Code Services Inc. for Plan Review and Building Inspection services

  (If Motion to Reconsider successfully passes, this motion, if approved, would authorize the mayor to enter into a contract with B&F to provide support regarding plan review and inspection services on an as-needed basis)
