• 2.Wastewater Treatment Plan Annexation (WWTP #2), including the Colusa Triple Crown Special Use Permit (Cannabis), Development Agreement, Site Plan Review, Tentative Subdivision, as well as a Colusa Municipal Code Amendment, A General Plan Map Amendment, and Rezone

  Recommendation: Planning Commission to open the Public Hearing and review, make a recommendation to the City Council for the Wastewater Treatment Plan Annexation, Colusa Triple Crown Special Use Permit (Cannabis), Development Agreement, Site Plan Review, Tentative Subdivision Map, as well as a Colusa Municipal Code Text Amendment, A General Plan Map Amendment, and Rezone.

  Proposed Motion: I move that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 26-__, recommending that the City Council adopt the Mitigative Negative Declaration and approve the Wastewater Treatment Plan Annexation (WWTP #2), Colusa Triple Crown Special Use Permit (Cannabis), Development Agreement, Site Plan Review, Tentative Subdivision Map as well as a Colusa Municipal Code Text Amendment, A General Plan Map Amendment and Rezone.
