Recommendation: Open the Public Hearing and;
Commission to approve the project and adopt the required findings contained in the Resolution subject to conditions of approval (Attachment A) and find the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15332 (In-fill Development).
