Recommendation: Open the Public Hearing and;
Commission to review and make a recommendation to the City Council for a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Development Agreement amendment.
Proposed Motion: Planning Commission to adopt Resolution No. 2023-__, recommending the City Council adopt the negative declaration and approve the General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Development Agreement amendment.
