CONSENT CALENDAR - All items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered by the Council to be routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion unless an audience member or Council member requests otherwise, in which case, the item will be removed for separate consideration.
COUNCIL MEMBER /CITY MANAGER REPORTS AND STAFF COMMENTS
COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
Recommendation: Council to adopt the Resolution to approve the appointment of up to three (3) additional community members to the Measure B Citizens Oversight Committee.
Recommendation: Council to adopt:
1.) A Resolution vacating public utility easements located on a portion of Fremont Street from the easterly line of “A” Street, also known as Bridge Street, to the centerline of “B” Street as shown on said plat and a portion of the west half of “B” Street from the southerly line of Fremont Street to the northerly line of Carson Street, of said plat and being portions of the reserved Public Utility Easements described in Document 2017-0003420 Colusa County Records.
2.) A Resolution to re-establish public utility easements located on portions of Fremont Street, from the easterly line of “A" Street, also known as Bridge Street, easterly to the east line of Lot 4 of Block 29 of said plat.
3.) A Resolution for the establishment of an easement for a portion of “B” and Fremont Streets from the northerly line of Fremont Street, to the northerly line of Carson Street, from the centerline of “B” Street to the east line of Lot 4 of Block 29, and portions of Lots 4 and 8 of said Block 29 and alley between said lots of said plat.
