• 2.Adopt - Ordinance 576 amending Article VIII of Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code to impose a transaction and use tax to be administered by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration

  Recommendation: Council to adopt the Resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Budget and receive an update regarding the City's current fiscal outlook and projected budget deficit.

• 4.Consideration of the Resolution approving the GANN Limit

  Recommendation: Council to adopt the Resolution approving the appropriation limit for the Fiscal Year 2026-27 and updated for the fiscal year 2025-26
