• 6.Adopt - Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Grant Agreement with the California Board of State and Community Corrections for the Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety Grant Program

• 8.Adopt - Resolution authorizing the Fire Chief to waive the RFP (request for proposal) process to purchase a Fire Command vehicle from Hoblit Motors utilizing the State Contract.

• 9.Adopt - Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute a Certificate of Acceptance for the transfer of real property resulting from the purchase of the Del Oro Water System
