I move that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 26-__, recommending that the City Council approve the Wastewater Treatment Plan Annexation (WWTP#), Colusa Triple Crown Special Use Permit (Cannabis), Development Agreement, Site Plan Review, Tentative Subdivision Map as well as a Colusa Municipal Code Text Amendment, A General Plan Map Amendment and Rezone.
