• 4.Consideration of a Resolution approving the authority of the City Manager to close out the Micro-Enterprise loan grant.

  Recommendation:  Open the Public Hearing and council to adopt the Resolution, approving the city staff to close out the Micro-Enterprise loan grant.

• 5.Heritage Preservation Commission Appointment

  Recommendation: Council to consider appointing Jeneane Wilsey to the Heritage Preservation Commission.
