COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
Recommendation: Council to approve Resolution No. 23-_____ for a 3-lot parcel map along Wescott Road
Recommendation: Council to approve a 5% match for the acquisition of a ladder truck also known as a Quint or aerial trucks in the estimated amount of $1.1 Million. If grant is awarded, the purchase would go out for a formal bid with full specifications.
Recommendation: Council to approve grant application parameters and take public comments on program outline.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Recommendation: Council to take public comments and;
Council to adopt Resolution 23-__ approving a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction of a cannabis business, manufacturing and cultivation facilities and related street and infrastructure improvements over an approximately 32-acre site zoned (PD) Planned Development District, located at the northeast corner of D Street and East Clay Street.
Recommendation: Council to take public comments and;
Council to introduce, read by title only, and waive the full first reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colusa approving a Development Agreement by and between the City of Colusa and Colusa Riverbend Estates L.P. and POMONA RIO PROPERTY, LLC a California limited liability company Relative to the Development of a Cannabis Manufacturing Facility.
