• 6.Adopt - Resolution approving the revised lease and authorizing the City Manager to execute the revised lease agreement with SF Metalworks/Ron Moore.

COUNCIL CONSIDERATION

• 8.Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract for tree work and care with West Coast Arborists, Inc.

  Recommendation:  Council to adopt the Resolution authoring the City Manager to sign the contract for tree work and care with West Coast Arborists, Inc.

• 9.Consideration of Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual audit and Single audit reports.

  Recommendation: Council to adopt the annual and single audit reports prepared by Smith & Newell, the City contracted audit firm.
