***************
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, Warden Walker at Muscogee County Prison reported an unidentifiable person had breached the MCP property inside of the guard line. The civilian was on a bike and rode down the driveway, then turned around at the 4-way stop. Once out of sight, MCP had no way to determine exactly where the person went. Rutledge State Prison was also notified to be on the lookout.
