  MOTION: Move to waive the reading of the draft resolution, there being ample copies available to the public.
  MOTION: Move to recommend that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council approval of the Minor Subdivision of the property located at 4600 7th Street NE, subject to a condition of approval.
