Speakers must restrict comments to the item as it appears on the agenda and stay within a three minutes time limit. The Mayor has the discretion of limiting the total discussion time for an item.

1. 1.Consideration of Appeal from the Koi Nation of Northern California of the Planning Commission’s decision of December 18th, 2023, for the approval of the Subdivision Development, (SD 2022-01), Tentative Map, (TM 2022-01), and corresponding Environmental Analysis, (CEQA IS 2022-08) for the Danco Subdivision Development located at 2890 Old Highway 53, Clearlake, CA 95422.
   Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 2024-03, denying the appeal and upholding the Planning Commission's decision of December 18th, 2023.
