3. C.A verbal proposal has been submitted to the City Clerk's office requesting the approval of a digital billboard to be placed at  299 W 6th St., Ceredo, WV. The location would be on the western part of the property near the railroad tracks. 

4. D.Representatives from Armstrong Utilities have requested the renewal of the non-exclusive franchisee agreement with the Town.
