• 6.Pine Tree Maine 2, LLC, Represented by Lindsay Holden for a Site Plan Review for an Adult Use Marijuana Retail Store as per The Marijuana Establishment License Application and The Town of Casco Marijuana Ordinance. The New Facility will be at 325 Roosevelt Trail, Map 2 Lot 14-4

• 7.Guest Speaker Benjamin T. McCall, Esq. of Jensen Baird – he will be speaking to the Board about the LD2003

• 8.Old Mills Farms, Edes Fall Road and Meadow Road. Tax Map 43, Lots 23 and 24.

  Requesting a Subdivision Amendment to Add Lot 26-1 to the Subdivision. There will be no changes proposed to any of the previously approved Site Development
