Regular Meeting

• 1.Review and approval of the meeting agenda 

• 2.Approval of minutes from September 17, 2025

• 3.Public Participation for non-agenda items

Continuing Business

• 4.Eileen to follow up with planning department regarding the addition of pre- and post-development photos to permits

• 5.Tom to add a top-level Stakeholders section to the plan, accumulating from each section

• 6.Tom and Pam to communicate with Selectboard for guidance on the appropriateness of an extra review in permitting for shoreland development

• 7.Diane to amend section to explain that Casco would be responsible for sharing and maintaining a “How to do a Watershed survey” document, rather than organizing the surveys themselves

• 8.Jim to amend section to include that, on lakes funded by the town, water quality testers provide results back to the LSM (already required), town, and lake associations.

• 9.Sarah to consolidate CBI and water quality testing sections

New Business

• 10.Review the Drafts for each section of the Casco Water Quality Plan:

  a. Eileen: Shoreline Documentation

  b. Maggie: Education and Outreach

  c. Tom: Funding

  d. Tom: Plan Overview / Introduction
