  1. 1.Ordinance No. 1-25, an ordinance amending Chapter 10, Fire Prevention and Protections, Article 1, and amending Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article 1, of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Camden, Arkansas.  (second reading)

J.NEW BUSINESS

  1. 1.Ordinance No. 2-25, an ordinance assessing a lien on certain property located at 213 Wood St.

  2. 2.Resolution No. 2-25, a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ouachita Partnership for Economic Development (OPED) to provide certain Economic Development Services for the City of Camden; and for other purposes.

  3. 3.Resolution No. 3-25, a resolution authorizing the sale of real property; and for other purposes.

  4. 4.Resolution No. 4-25, a resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a New Pumper Truck for the City of Camden Fire Department; and for other purposes.

  5. 5.Resolution No. 5-25, a resolution confirming the re-appointment of Fred Lilly to the Camden Housing Authority.
