  1. 1.Ordinance No. 1-25, an ordinance amending Chapter 10, Fire Prevention and Protections, Article I, and amending chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article I, of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Camden, Arkansas.

J.NEW BUSINESS

  1. 1.Resolution No. 8-25, a resolution declaring the structure located at 379 Madison Street a public nuisance and to order the removal of same.

  2. 2.Resolution No. 9-25, a resolution declaring the structure located at 1026 Highland Street a public nuisance and to order the removal of same.

  3. 3.Resolution No. 10-25, a resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA); and for other purposes.

  4. 4.Resolution No. 11-25, a resolution appointing Willie Cooper and Ed Winters to the Advertising and Promotion Commission.

  5. 5.Resolution No. 12-25, a resolution confirming he appointment of Mack Skelton to the Keep Camden Beautiful Committee.
