• 2.Executive Session - Topic: Applicant Qualifications (RCW 42.30.110)

  Council will go into Executive Session to evaluate the qualifications of the applicants to the Council Member vacancy. No decisions, nominations, or votes will be taken by the Council during Executive Session.

  Upon returning to the Regular Meeting, a roll call vote will be taken. Council will convene into Executive Sessions as many times as is needed until a majority vote of four for one candidate has been reached.
