Each person in attendance who desires to speak to the Committee on an item NOT posted on the agenda, shall speak during this section. A speaker card must be filled out and turned in to the City Secretary prior to addressing the Committee. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes to speak.

Each person in attendance who desires to speak on an item posted on the agenda shall speak when the item is called forward for consideration.

3.GENERAL

  1. A.Consider and take possible action on the minutes from June 5, 2025 Regular Session of the Capital Improvements Program Advisory Committee meeting.

  2. B.Consider and take possible action on the semi-annual impact fee report for the period April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025. (Staff Presenter: Michelle McCullough, Deputy Director/City Engineer)

4.REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS

  1. A.Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the City’s Capital Improvement Program as it relates to impact fee eligible projects. (Staff Presenter: Randy Morrison, Director of Capital Engineering)
