THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHOIRTY OF THE CITY OF BUCHANAN, in compliance with Michigan’s Open Meetings Act, hereby gives notice of a special meeting of the Buchanan City Commission to be held in the Chamber of City Hall.
