A.CALL MEETING TO ORDER

B.CLOSED SESSION

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, the Town Council will meet in a Closed Executive Session in accordance with the Texas Government Code.

1. 1.Section 551.074 Personnel: To deliberate and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of public officers or employees; to wit:  Town Engineer.

The Town Council to reconvene into an open meeting and consider action, if any, on items discussed in closed session.

H.CONSENT AGENDA

This agenda consists of non-controversial or “housekeeping” items required by law.  Items may be approved with a single motion.  Items may be removed from the Consent Agenda by any Councilmember by making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Agenda.

1. 1.Consider approval of the December 20, 2022, regular meeting minutes.

2. 2.Consider acceptance of the 2022 Racial Profiling Report

3. 3.Consider approval of a resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Bartonville ordering a General Election to be held on May 6, 2023, for the purpose of electing three Councilmembers Places 1, 3, and 5, for two-year terms each; and providing for a joint services contract with Denton County.

I.REGULAR ITEMS

1. 4.Discuss and consider approval of the purchase of signage from Roadrunner Traffic Supply, Inc. in the amount $31,589.85 for placement throughout the town to enhance driving safety; and to authorize the Town Administrator to expend budgeted funds on behalf of the Town.

2. 5.Discuss and consider approval of a resolution creating a Special Events Advisory Committee.
