In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given that a Possible Quorum of the Town Council and Community Development Corporation of the Town of Bartonville, Texas, may take place on January 16, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. at the Cloud 9 Ground Breaking, 2660 FM407, Bartonville, Texas 76226.
It is possible that a quorum of the Bartonville Town Council and Community Development Corporation may be present at the Cloud 9 Ground Breaking. This is not an official meeting and there will not be any consideration of Town business.
I hereby certify that this Notice was posted on the Town Website, and on the bulletin board, at Town Hall of the Town of Bartonville, Texas, a place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all times. Said Notice was posted on the following date and time; and remained posted continuously prior to the scheduled time of said meeting and shall remain posted until meeting is adjourned.
