C1.Pre-Application/Concept Review 12 Brookwood Road – Referral from the Zoning Board.  The applicant’s concept proposal options for consideration is to access a proposed garage (pending before the Zoning Board for zoning relief) either 1) by a driveway from the end of the existing paved section of Fenmore Road over the paper road or 2) with a 15’ extension to the pavement on the west end of Fenmore Road which is the paper road portion of Fenmore Road.
