C1.Unity Park - Public Hearing and Action on the Combined Master Plan and Preliminary Plan Phase for the Major Land Development Application for the Major Land Development Plan for Unity Park at 500 Wood Street: Planning Board to also make an advisory recommendation to the Town Council on proposed Change of Zone for 214 Franklin Street from R-6 to Rehab LDB.

    The proposal is to construct a 2-story office, production, and warehouse addition to Unit 320 in Building Group 3 with 12,305 square feet on the first floor and 2,516 square feet on the second floor for KVH, Industries, Inc.; rehabilitate 11,808 square feet of Building Group 3 for SAAB, Inc.
