    1. Great Lakes CF- 1 PP  Commitment $ 1.7 million. Actual to date $2,279,252. 3year abatement. Initiated 2025

    2. BESAAM LLC CF-1 RE  Commitment $3.2 million  AV. Actual to date  $2,295,300 AV to date. 3 year abatement. initiated 2025

    New employee commitment is 12, actual new employee count is 5.  Company reports the project is still under construction and the rest of the investment as close to completion. Tight job market is hindering new employee hires. 

    Recommend approving CF-1 s as substantially compliant.  

  2. b.Special event funding  Requests :

    ADEC : $250 to $500

    Homecoming: $5,000

    Give Back Fund 2545-4315 Total Budgeted $60,000. Remaining balance $ $20,652

  3. c.WWTP:  SRF pay app #52. $119,515  to Crosby Construction.  $6,290 to Retainage. 

  4. d.Water project SRF pay apps:

    SRF #59 : $397,109  to Niblock and $20,900  to retainage

    SRF# 60 :  $303,848 Phoenix Fabricators  and $15,992 retainage

    SRF #61:  $83,172 JPR
