1. a.Great Lakes and BESAAM LLC CF-1s

   1. Great Lakes CF- 1 PP  Commitment $ 1.7 million. Actual to date $2,089,315. 3 year abatement. Initiated 2025

   2. BESAAM LLC CF-1 RE  Commitment $3.2 million  AV. Actual to date  $2,295,300 AV to date. 3 year abatement. initiated 2025

   New employee commitment is 12, actual new employee count is 5.  Company reports the project is still under construction. Tight job market is hindering new employee hires. Business expansion is generating a need for additional equipment investment is expected creating 15 new jobs. 

   Recommend approving CF-1 s as substantially compliant.  

2. b.Sewer only rate change request 

   Guiding ordinance

   For sewer customers who are not metered water customers, monthly sewage rates shall be as determined by the town council from time to time.
