• 2.Authorizing the transfer of ownership of police dog - a Resolution authorizing the transfer of ownership of "Peto" the City's retired city’s police dog, to his handler, Sgt. Michael Bauman, for the sum of one dollar ($1.00) pursuant to the provisions contained in Section 9.62  of the Ohio Revised Code. 

• 3.Investment Management - a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to renew an agreement with Meeder Investment Management, Inc. for the provision of investment advice.

• 4.Shared Crash Investigation Services - a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a SWAG MOU Addendum A3 to amend the Memorandum of Understanding for shared crash investigation services known as the South West Accident Group (SWAG) 

• 5.Appraisal Reports - a Resolution accepting the proposal of Charles P. Braman & Co., Inc for appraisal reports.

• 6.First Responder Grant -a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to complete the grant process for the American Rescue Plan Act First Responder Wellness, Recruitment, Retention and Resiliency Grant through the Ohio Department of Public Safety.  

• 7.Applied Medical Technologies - an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Restated and Amended Economic and Job Preservation agreement with Applied Medical Technology, Inc.;  

• 8.Planning & Zoning Coordinator - a Resolution appointing Monica Bartkiewicz as the Director of Planning and Community Development. 

• 9. Amend145.13 Exempted Employees to add Field House Coordinator - an Ordinance amending Section 145.13 of the Administrative Code and the Exempted Employees of the City of Brecksville.

• 10.Amend Ord. No. 5500 to add Field House Coordinator - an Ordinance amending Ordinance 5500 as it relates to employee compensation. 

• 11.Chippewa Road Calvin Dr. Sewer Project Notes - Fiscal Officer Certificate 

  Chippewa Road Calvin Dr. Sanitary Sewer Project Notes - an Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $5,200,000 of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying, in anticipation of the levy and collection of special assessments, the property owners' portion and the City portion of the costs of constructing an 8" sanitary sewer and 6” sanitary sewer laterals, together with all necessary appurtenances to extend sanitary sewer along Chippewa Road (S.R. 82) from Riverview Road to Wiese Road and along Calvin Drive and extending to the termini point of Glen Valley Drive allowing for the removal of the Glen Valley pump station.

• 12.Appropriations - an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5457, making appropriations for current expenses of the City of Brecksville during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, making necessary appropriation and revenue adjustments.  

• 13.Chippewa Calvin Sanitary Sewer Project - an Ordinance accepting the bid of Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co., Inc. for the Chippewa Rd. & Calvin Dr. Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.

• 14.Authorize Contract for Right of Entry-Sherwin-Williams - an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for right of entry with the Sherwin-Williams Company.

• 15.Sodium Chloride Bid Acceptance - an Ordinance accepting the bids of Cargill, Inc. for  supplying Sodium Chloride for the term of November 1, 2022-October 31, 2023 for use by the City of Brecksville Service Department. 

• 16.Auth Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Property Contract - an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for Right of Entry with Fogg-Brecksville Development Co. for the purchase of certain described property.

• 17.Auth Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Property Contract - an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Property and a Contract for Right of Entry with Grand Bay Plaza Limited Partnership for the purchase of certain described property.
