• FIN 7.IP Phone System - Consideration of a motion recommending to Council approval of a Purchase Requisition to Black Box Network Services in the amount of $6,384.00 for the Annual Maintenance and Support contracts for the City’s IP Flex phone system for the term of 11/30/23-11/29/24. Account #1100135  26120.

• FIN 8.Premium Pay Policy -Consideration of a motion recommending to Council approval of a policy under the Ohio Ambulance Premium Pay Program and provide this funding to eligible members of the Fire Department who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic.
