• 2.Charter Article III, Section 2. Qualifications - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article III, Section 2. of the Charter entitled 'Qualifications" to raise the residency requirement to four (4) years for the Mayor. 

• 3.Charter Article V, Section 9. Recreation Commission - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article V, Section 9. of the Charter entitled "Recreation Commission" to allow removal of any member of the Recreation Commission with the approval of five (5) members of City Council.

• 4.Article VI, Section 4. Limitation Upon Expenditures Without Prior Council Approval - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article VI, Section 4. of the Charter entitled "Limitation Upon Expenditures Without Prior Council Approval" to raise the limitation amount without prior Council approval for expenditures or liability incurred. 

• 5.Charter Article VI, Section 6. Sale of Municipal Property - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article VI, Section 6. of the Charter entitled "Sale of Municipal Property" to include the Service Director.

• 6.Charter Article VI, Section 8. Purchasing - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article VI, Section 8. of the Charter entitled "Purchasing" to Clarify that the Director of Purchasing has responsibility for any purchasing contract.

• 7.Charter Article XII Section 5. Gender Neutral Designations - 3rd Reading - an Ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Brecksville the question of amending Article XII, Section 5. of the Charter entitled "Gender Neutral Designations" to change the title of the section and authorize the Clerk of Council and the Law Director to change misspellings, errors in grammar, renumbering upon codification and gender neutral designations.

New Business

• 8.Youth Soccer Director - a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Geoffrey J. Thacker for work as the Community Youth Soccer Director, for the year 2023.

• 9.BTBA President & Liason - a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Margaret English for work as the BTBA Brecksville Travel Baseball Association President and Liaison to the City of Brecksville Recreation Department for the year 2023.

• 10.Youth Baseball & Softball League Director -  a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Thomas M. English for work as the Youth Baseball and Softball League Director for the City of Brecksville Recreation Department for the year 2023.

• 11.Grant - a Resolution  authorizing the Mayor to apply to the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) through their Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) Program for funding to design, engineer, and construct a multi-use trail or sidewalks and a transit waiting environment on Brecksville Road from Valley Parkway to Miller Road. 

• 12.Grant -a Resolution authorizing the City of Brecksville Police Chief or his designee to complete  an application through the Ohio Law Enforcement Bulletproof Vest Program for funding the purchase of body armor vests. 

• 13.Grant Application- a Resolution authorizing the City of Brecksville Police Chief or designee to complete an application through the U.S. Department of Justice Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program for funding a school resource officer for the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. 

• 14.Natatorium Column Reinforcement Project Inspection Services- a Resolution accepting the proposal of Intertek PSI for Special Inspection Services on the Natatorium Column Reinforcement Project at the Brecksville Community Center.  

• 15.Workers Compensation Pool Rating - a Resolution authorizing participation in the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers Workers Compensation Group Rating Program and an agreement with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. as part of such program.

• 16.Traffic Signal Pole & Base Painting Project - an Ordinance accepting the bid of Delta Industrial Paining for the Traffic Signal Pole & Base Painting Project.

• 17.Natatorium Column Reinforcement Project - an Ordinance accepting the bid of WR Restoration for the Brecksville Community Center Natatorium Column Reinforcement Project.  

• 18.Appropriations - an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5570, making appropriations for current expenditures of the City of Brecksville during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, making necessary appropriation and revenue adjustments. 

• 19.Building Department Equipment - an Ordinance accepting the proposal of iProjectSolutions, LLC for the sole source purchase of iPlanTable Desktop Commander Touchscreen Workstations for the Building Department.

• 20.Miller Road Interchange Project - Consideration of a motion recommending to Council approval of an Ordinance authorizing a contingency amount for change orders for the Miller Road Interchange Project.
