• 1.Approval of June 20, 2023 Council Minutes

• 2.Police Department Audio & Video Equipment - an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of two Samsung Smart televisions and related items through Omnia Partners Purchasing Organization.

• 3.Scoreboard at Joe Vadini Athletic Fields -  an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of a Panaview Football Scoreboard from Daktronics, Inc. through the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative and non-source contract related installation services from various vendors.

• 4.Outdoor Pool Safety Cover - an Ordinance accepting the bid of Lacuna Pool Covers, Inc. for an outdoor pool cover at the Brecksville Community Center.

• 5.Appropriations -  an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5570, making appropriations for current expenditures of the City of Brecksville during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, making necessary appropriation and revenue adjustments. 

• 6.Transfers - Consideration of a motion recommending to Council approval of a Resolution making necessary transfers between certain Funds for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

• 7.Storm Sewer Easement -  Consideration of a motion recommending to Council approval of a Resolution accepting an easement for access to storm and drainage facilities across certain lands owned by Zachary & Nina Moore and being known as PPN 605-15-003.
