• 1.Approval of March 4, 2025 Minutes.

New Business

• 2.Proclamation - Recognize Lt. Craig Mares upon his retirement from the Brecksville Police Department.

• 3.RES. 5669 - a Resolution accepting a Temporary Grading and Access Easement across certain lands owned by Lawrence J. Wanicki and known as PPN 605-25-008.

• 4.RES. 5670  - a Resolution making necessary transfers and advances between certain funds for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

• 5.ORD. 5774 - an Ordinance authorizing the establishment of a Community Entertainment District and designating certain property in the City of Brecksville as a Community Entertainment District pursuant to ORC Section 4301.80.

• 6.ORD. 5775 - an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of two Lifepak 35 Heart Monitor/Defibrillators and accessories for use by the Fire Department from Stryker Sales, LLC through SourceWell. 

• 7.ORD. 5776 -  an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 5367 and authorizing an agreement with the City of Strongsville to increase the rate for prisoner housing services for the Brecksville Police Department.

• 8.ORD. 5777– an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept an LPA Federal ODOT-LET Project Agreement No. 40368 Amendment for the CUY-SR 021-02.93 Road Repaving Project

• 9.ORD. 5778 - an Ordinance accepting the bid of Fabrizi Trucking and Paving Co., Inc. for the Sentinel Drive Culvert Replacement Project.

• 10.ORD. 5779 - an Ordinance accepting the bid from Fabrizi Trucking and Paving Co., Inc. for the Highland Drive Culvert Replacement Project.
