This is an opportunity for the public to address the City Commission on any matter of public business, except public hearings. Comments related to public hearings will be heard when the specific hearing begins.

INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

• 1.Discussion and any necessary action regarding approving Resolution 2026-14 canvassing returns of the city election for Mayor, and City Commissioner Places 1 and 2, held on May 2, 2026. 

ADJOURN

The City Commission of the City of Breckenridge reserves the right to adjourn into executive (closed) session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney);  551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property);  551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donations);  551.074 (Personnel Matters);  551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices); and  551.087 (Economic Development Negotiations).
