Mr. Cooper is seeking a variance in order to build a home on the  property located at Pin: 46900 on Sparks Ave. The property is located in R-2 (Medium Density Detached Residential District).  R-2 district requires a minimum lot width of 75’. Actual lot dimensions of said property  are 50’wide x 180’deep
