1. 1.Accounts Payable - Approve the accounts payable voucher date January 20, 2023 through February 7, 2023 totaling $426,755.94. 

2. 2.Presentation to Dr. Tom Warren with Snead State Horticulture Program.

3. 3.Introduce Ordinance No. 2023-1165 to amend Table 3-1 of the Boaz Zoning Ordinance No. 2021-1154 as follows:

   Table 3-1: Uses Permitted in Residential Districts: Amended to change the Institutional use for Low Intensity from Permitted Use (The use is permitted by right) to Conditional Use (Requiring approval by the Planning Commission) in all Residential Districts.

4. 4.Adopt Ordinance No. 2023-1166 preliminarily authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Warrants and validation proceedings in connection therewith.

5. 5.Approve the solicitation of bids for City Wide Paving.

6. 6.Approve the solicitation of bids for Elder St. and Emory Ave. Emergency Repair.
