  1. 1.Adopt the minutes of the Downtown Design Committee Meeting dated September 22, 2023

  1. 1.Appoint Downtown Design Committee Chairperson. 

  2. 2.Discuss an application from Alan Davis to remove and replace the existing windows on the front of the building located at 112 South Main St. Boaz, AL 35957. Mr. Davis is seeking approval to remove the existing front display windows due to damage and replace them with new frames and insulated fixed glass windows. The new display windows will have black frames and maintain the same look as the previous windows.

  4. 4.Discuss an application from Damion Gomez, owner of El Rey Del Taco. Mr. Gomez is seeking approval for replacement façade and windows on the rear of his building at 124 N. Main St. Boaz, AL 35957. The rear of the building was in disrepair and he has since reframed the structure and is now seeking approval for the new façade and windows.  

     

  5. 5.Entertain a motion to approve an application from Damion Gomez, owner of El Rey Del Taco. Mr. Gomez is seeking approval for replacement façade and windows on the rear of his building at 124 N.
