  1. 1.Accounts Payable - Approve the accounts payable voucher dated September 22, 2023 through September 29, 2023 totaling $432,040.80. 

  2. 2.Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1760 amending the distribution of amounts received from the City of Boaz, Alabama sales, use and rental taxes.

  3. 3.Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1762 approving Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $9,211.24 and Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $4,265.24 to Bid No. 2020-11-107 from Trav-Ad Signs.

  4. 4.Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1763 authorizing  the purchase of a PowerEdge R750XS TM-1.2TB 10k spinning server for Boaz City Hall in the amount of $10,744.88 through the Dell National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance- NCPA purchasing cooperative to be paid from the Capital Projects Fund.

  5. 5.Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1764 approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $41,087.60 to Whitaker Contracting Corp. for the Boaz City Wide Paving KG Project #22-0045.

  6. 6.Appoint Alan Hales to the Boaz Water and Sewer Commission with a term expiring 03/02/2025.

  1. 1.Matt Brannon has been appointed as the Council representative for the Boaz Planning Commission for the remainder of the elected term.
