1. 1.Discuss and entertain a motion to approve the application from Brian and Natasha McDowell to install three new windows on the second floor of the front of their building located at 102 South Main St. Boaz.

2. 2.Discuss and entertain a motion to approve the application from Brian and Natasha McDowell to install an 8'x8' (64sf) Salon 10:42 sign on the back of their building located at 102 South Main St. Boaz.

3. 3.Discuss and entertain a motion to approve the application from Brian and Natasha McDowell to paint the top half of their building black leaving the natural brick on the bottom (on front and back only).  Mural to remain. This building is located at 102 South Main St. Boaz
