Property is described as tax lots 1600 and 1601 of Assessor’s  Map 4N 25E 17AD and is zoned Residential Multifamily Sub District. The request is to  approve a 240-apartment complex, along with amenity buildings and associated  vehicle and bicycle parking, pedestrian facilities, landscaping, and open space. Criteria  are found in the Boardman Development Code (BDC) Chapter 2.1 Residential District  Section 2.1.400 Multi-Family and is being processed as a Type III decision.
