1. A.2026-2027 Budget Hearing - A public meeting of the Boardman Urban Renewal will be held on June 2, 2026 at 7 pm at Boardman City Hall, Boardman, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 as approved by the Boardman Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee.  A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at City Hall, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. or online at www.cityofboardman.com/meetings. This budget is for an annual budget period.  This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.

5.PUBLIC COMMENT

INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT – The commission chair will announce that any interested audience members are invited to provide comments. Anyone may speak on any topic other than: a matter in litigation, a quasi-judicial land use matter; or a matter scheduled for public hearing at some future date. The commission chair may limit comments to 3 minutes per person for a total of 30 minutes. Please complete a request to speak card prior to the meeting. Speakers may not yield their time to others.
