5.PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. A.VAR26-000001: Angelica Araiza, applicant and owner. Property is described as tax lot 1800 of Assessor’s Map 4N 25E 17AD and is zoned Residential. The request is to approve a secondary existing access point on a single parcel. Criteria are found in the Boardman Development Code (BDC) 5.1 Variances and is being processed as a Type III decision.

2. B.RVW26-000039: Guna Collaborative, applicant, Freehold LLC, owner. Property is described as tax lot 423 of Assessor’s Map 4N 25E 09 and is zoned Commercial – Tourist Commercial Sub District. The request is to approve an approximate 8,575 sq ft. equipment rental, storage and service facility including an office, shop, and wash bay. Criteria for approval are found at the Boardman Development Code Chapter 4.2 Development Review and Site Design Review along with standards in Chapter 2.2.180 Tourist Commercial Sub-District and Chapter 3 Design Standards.

INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT – The commission chair will announce that any interested audience members are invited to provide comments. Anyone may speak on any topic other than: a matter in litigation, a quasi-judicial land use matter; or a matter scheduled for public hearing at some future date. The commission chair may limit comments to 3 minutes per person for a total of 30 minutes. Please complete a request to speak card prior to the meeting. Speakers may not yield their time to others.
